Brazos Center room rates are charged on 10-hour rental blocks from 6 a.m. until 1 a.m. A maximum of four hours may be added for an additional fee. Set up days are available Monday-Friday. Half set up days are either 8 a.m. -12 p.m. or 1-5 p.m. A full set up day is 8 a.m-5 p.m.
Equipment and Property Rental
Room rentals include tables, chairs, audio equipment (wireless microphones, podiums, speakers) and Wi-Fi connection. Items available for rent include, but are not limited to screens, projectors, coffee service, pipe and drape materials. The Brazos Center does not provide linens of any kind.
Sales tax is applied to all rentals.
